Trump's First Day In Office
On January 20 2025 the orange clown will return to the Oval Office. What will he do on his first day? Other than bringing back executive time. (Watching Fox News all day.) He'll continue his grift that's a certainty. Does that mean that he'll setup the Trump Gift Shop in the White House forcing all those who take the tour to purchase his cheap made in China crap? Who wouldn't want gold Trump sneakers, an electric guitar with his orange face on it, Trump Christmas ornaments, wrapping paper, Scrooge dolls and Trump branded lumps of coal.
According to Trump and the MAGA faithful the price of eggs will magically drop and there will be unicorns and sweet little ponies in every house hold.
He will then, start signing executive orders using his barcode signature. Declaring himself King Orange the 1st, giving Mars to Elon Musk, creating a new national monument of Ivana's grave at Bedminster, (Think of the tax write off.) he'll make drill baby drill the new national moto and in a final, yet exhilarating flourish he'll decree himself The MAGA God.

Musk Writes An Op/Ed In Favour Of The AfD
Elon Musk is working to undermine democracy in two countries the U.S. and Germany. Having written an op/ed in support of Germany's AfD a far right political party that is seen by German intelligence as a threat to the country.
The tech entrepreneur and close adviser to Donald Trump Elon Musk has taken a stunning new public step in his support for the far-right German political party Alternative for Germany (AfD), publishing a supportive guest opinion piece for the country’s Welt am Sonntag newspaper that has prompted the commentary editor to resign in protest.
Translated, Musk’s piece said: “The portrayal of the AfD as rightwing extremist is clearly false, considering that Alice Weidel, the party’s leader, has a same-sex partner from Sri Lanka! Does that sound like Hitler to you? Please!”
Germany’s domestic intelligence agency has classified the AfD at the national level as a suspected extremism case since 2021.

Judge: Arkansas Can't Jail Librarians For Doing Their Jobs
Judge Strikes Down Unconstitutional Parts of Arkansas Law Targeting Librarians
In a blow to right-wing efforts to ban books and criminalize librarians, a federal judge on Monday struck down key provisions of an Arkansas law as unconstitutional—though the fight is far from over, with the Republican state attorney general planning to appeal.
Republican Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders signed Act 372 in March 2023. A few months later, U.S. District Judge Timothy Brooks temporarily blocked implementation of Sections 1 and 5 of the law—and on Monday, he ruled against them in a 37-page order.
Section 1 threatened Arkansas librarians and booksellers with up to a year in jail for providing minors with access to "harmful" materials. Brooks wrote that "if the General Assembly's purpose in passing Section 1 was to protect younger minors from accessing inappropriate sexual content in libraries and bookstores, the law will only achieve that end at the expense of everyone else's First Amendment rights."
"The law deputizes librarians and booksellers as the agents of censorship; when motivated by the fear of jail time, it is likely they will shelve only books fit for young children and segregate or discard the rest. For these reasons, Section 1 is unconstitutionally overbroad," added the judge, who also found the provision "unconstitutionally vague."
Section 5 created a process for challenging books in public libraries that critics called burdensome. Brooks found the provision unconstitutional because it is problematically vague and "unnecessarily imposes content-based restrictions on protected speech.
Those on the right constantly complain about shadow banning by social media companies which, if they knew understood the difference between public and private entities it might dawn on them that social media and its many iterations are owned by corporations and not the government.
Yet, here they are trying to censor and or ban books at public libraries which if, you missed the public means just that. They have first amendment rights and protections.

HILARIOUS: Mary Trump REVEALS Trump Family Christmas Chaos
She said things got “interesting” in 1977 after her uncle had married Ivana, a model, and she joined the festivities.
Mary Trump opened her first present from the couple, “and it was a box of underwear.”
“Yes, it was a three-pack of underwear, retail $12, from Bloomingdale’s,” she said. “It was a very exciting moment, and it just kind of got weirder from there.”
“The next year, I got a shoe,” she continued. “Singular. A shoe.”

He’s anti-democracy and pro-Trump: the obscure ‘dark enlightenment’ blogger influencing the next US administration
Anton's and Yarvin’s conversation was ostensibly about his 2020 book, The Stakes. That book was controversial even on the right for its prolonged consideration of autocratic “Caesarism” as a means of resolving American decadence.
In the book, he defined Caesarism as a “form of one-man rule: halfway … between monarchy and tyranny”.
He adds, though, that “Caesarism is not tyranny, which, strictly understood, is a regime that usurps a legitimate and functioning government”, whereas Caesarism implements “authoritarian one-man rule partially legitimized by necessity” – that is, “the breakdown of republican, constitutional rule”, adding that “a nation no longer capable of ruling itself must yet be ruled”.
He writes that a “Red Caesar” could be attractive to “the reds” in the Republican coalition, who he says are “under constant rhetorical, political, and, increasingly, physical attack, especially in blue states”, making them “more likely to turn to a Caesar”.

Louisiana forbids public health workers from promoting COVID, flu and mpox shots
A group of high-level managers at the Louisiana Department of Health walked into a Nov. 14 meeting in Baton Rouge expecting to talk about outreach and community events.
Instead, they were told by an assistant secretary in the department and another official that department leadership had a new policy: Advertising or otherwise promoting the COVID, influenza or mpox vaccines, an established practice there — and at most other public health entities in the U.S. — must stop.

School Board Rejects Social Studies Curriculum; It Hurts Donald's Feelings
This sounds so Moms for Liberty-ish.
When you elect an uneducated, raging narcissist with low self esteem this what you get.
A dumbed down curriculum that portrays him as the second coming of sliced bread. Rather than the absolute failure that he really is.
KMUW reports:
The curriculum was recommended by Derby High School teachers, who reviewed six social studies programs over the past year.
Some board members voiced concerns about anti-racism statements on the publisher's website, as well as the company's statements about diversity, equity and inclusion. They also said parts of a textbook and online materials do not fairly reflect Trump's first presidency.
"My biggest concern … involved what I would define as bias of omission," board member Cathy Boote said.
The Derby Board of Education (clockwise from top: Jennifer Neel, Mark Boline, Tanya Jacobucci, Michael Blankenship, Melanie Turner, Robyn Pearman and Cathy Boote) rejected a proposed high school social studies curriculum because some members said it is biased against Donald Trump.
Boote listed several examples of material she said did not accurately reflect Trump's actions during his presidency, including his stance on Cuba, trade deals with China, relationships with allies and the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
"Then there was the 'Muslim ban,'" Boote said, making air quotes with her fingers. "With no mention of the fact it wasn't aimed at all Muslim countries, just those that have no ability to vet.
"Safety was the top priority, but they leave it sit there, with no explanation, to make you think he was xenophobic," she said.
In January 2017, Trump signed an executive order suspending all travel and immigration from seven predominantly Muslim countries. During the campaign for his first term, Trump had called for "a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States."
Derby board member Michael Blankenship said he was concerned about some of the points Boote mentioned. He also opposed the new curriculum because of a statement Houghton Mifflin Harcourt made in the aftermath of the murder of George Floyd, who was Black, by a white police officer in 2020.
"We believe Black Lives Matter. We believe in social justice. We believe learning is a fundamental right," the company said in a June 2020 message posted on its website. "We believe the education system needs to change, and we will continue to use our platform to make that change."

Elon Musk Our New President
I had no idea that Zorg from The Fifth Element is now our president. After taking to the now valueless X/Twitter Zorg, demanded and the Republicans complied with his demand to vote no for legislation that would have kept the government funded until next March. Mr. Zorg being the Grinch/Scrooge that he is wants a complete government shutdown just 4 day's before Christmas. What a "wonderful gift" Mr. Zorg has given us.
If the House and Senate fail to pass this legislation Social Security checks wont' go be issued, service members won't be paid, all government service will come to a halt and no government employee will be paid.
All "hail" President Zorg for killing Christmas.
Unless Congress acts, a government shutdown deadline looms just past midnight Saturday.
“Your elected representatives have heard you and now the terrible bill is dead,” Musk boasted on X, the social media site he owns, after he spent the day blasting the legislation. “The voice of the people has triumphed!”

How To Intimidate The Media
Trump sues Des Moines Register and Iowa pollster, escalating attack on media
The poll, released by what has been considered one of the nation’s most respected polling firms, caused a national stir and buoyed some Democrats’ hopes, as it showed Harris leading Trump in the red state by three percentage points and had a margin of error of plus or minus 3.4 percentage points. Trump ended up winning Iowa by about 13 points.
Trump asks judge to advance suit against Bob Woodward
President-elect Trump’s attorney asked a federal judge to move forward with his lawsuit against journalist Bob Woodward over published audio tapes of interviews the famed Watergate reporter conducted with Trump for a 2020 book.
The case has stalled for months as the judge weighs the defendants’ bid to dismiss the lawsuit, but the sudden activity comes as Trump mounts a more emboldened posture in scrutinizing media outlets in the wake of his November presidential victory.
“Since President Trump’s decisive victory resulting him being due to become the 47th President of the United States, there has been a renewed accountability among those who violated his rights over the last four years,” Trump attorney Robert Garson wrote in Tuesday’s letter.
Hungary: Media Curbs Harm Rule of Law
The Hungarian government’s interference with media freedom and pluralism, part of its systematic attack on the rule of law, obstructs the work of independent journalists in holding the authorities to account and prevents the public from accessing information, Human Rights Watch said today.
The 29-page report, “‘I Can’t Do My Job as a Journalist’: The Systematic Undermining of Media Freedom in Hungary”, documents the increased obstacles and constraints independent journalists and media face under the government of Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
The Law on Public information and Media says that publishers or producers of media content cannot be “established, directly or indirectly, by the republic, an autonomous province [of Serbia] or a local government unit, or an institution or a legal entity that is wholly or partly in public ownership, ie. which is wholly or partly financed from public revenues”.
It however allows exceptions in cases when the founder of the media outlet is “a capital company that carries out electronic communications activities, in accordance with the law regulating electronic media”.
This exception would, in practice, allow the state to legally own and control media through telecommunications company Telekom Serbia, in which it has a majority share.

ABC to Pay $15 Million to Settle a Defamation Suit Brought by Trump
The outcome of the lawsuit marks an unusual victory for President-elect Donald J. Trump in his ongoing legal campaign against national news organizations.
ABC News is set to pay $15 million to settle a defamation lawsuit brought by Donald J. Trump.
The agreement was a significant concession by a major news organization and a rare victory for a media-bashing politician whose previous litigation efforts against news outlets have often ended in defeat.
Under the terms of a settlement revealed on Saturday, ABC News will donate the $15 million to Mr. Trump’s future presidential foundation and museum. The network and its star anchor, George Stephanopoulos, also published a statement saying they “regret” remarks made about Mr. Trump during a televised interview in March.
With this settlement Donald Trump will be embolden to sue any media outlet that criticizes him by claiming defamation. Leading to the news media self censorship.
Here's an example of how a government uses the courts kowtow the media.
Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Act 2019
On 1 April 2019, the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation (POFMA) Bill was tabled in parliament for first reading. The Ministry of Law stated that the legislation seeks to protect the society from deliberate online falsehoods created by malicious actors by targeting falsehoods, not opinions and criticisms, nor satire or parody. It defines a falsehood as a statement of fact that is false or misleading.[9][10][11] After concerns were raised about the Bill's scope, ministers gave reassurances that the bill will not affect free speech. The Bill was passed with a 72–9 vote, with all Workers Party (WP) MPs voting against it, on 8 May 2019 after a two-day debate.[12]
The POFMA came into effect on 2 October 2019,[13] with the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) being the agency administering Act through a dedicated office.[14] Subsidiary legislation is also laid out in the Act detailing how the Act will work, including court challenges that take nine days at maximum and cost as little as $200.[15]
Purpose
[edit]There were concerns that the Act would enable authorities to suppress criticism and dissent.[16] Section 2(2)(b) defines a false statement as "if it is false or misleading, whether wholly or in part, and whether on its own or in the context in which it appears".[17] Satire, parody, opinions and criticisms are expressively not covered by the POFMA Act.[9][10][11][18]
Section 3 of the Act covers any statements that are made available to one or more end-users in Singapore via the internet, SMS or MMS.[17] The platforms include social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Google, and other online closed groups such private chat groups and social media groups.[19]
The purpose of the Act, as outlined in section 5, is to:[17]
- to prevent the communication of false statements of fact in Singapore and to enable measures to be taken to counteract the effects of such communication;
- to suppress the financing, promotion and other support of online locations that repeatedly communicate false statements of fact in Singapore;
- to enable measures to be taken to detect, control and safeguard against coordinated inauthentic behaviour and other misuses of online accounts and bots; and
- to enable measures to be taken to enhance disclosure of information concerning paid content directed towards a political end.

Kennedy’s Lawyer Has Asked the F.D.A. to Revoke Approval of the Polio Vaccine
Aaron Siri, who specializes in vaccine lawsuits, has been at Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s side reviewing candidates for top jobs at the Department of Health and Human Services.
The lawyer helping Robert F. Kennedy Jr. pick federal health officials for the incoming Trump administration has petitioned the government to revoke its approval of the polio vaccine, which for decades has protected millions of people from a virus that can cause paralysis or death.
That campaign is just one front in the war that the lawyer, Aaron Siri, is waging against vaccines of all kinds.
Mr. Siri has also filed a petition seeking to pause the distribution of 13 other vaccines; challenged, and in some cases quashed, Covid vaccine mandates around the country; sued federal agencies for the disclosure of records related to vaccine approvals; and subjected prominent vaccine scientists to grueling videotaped depositions.
Just to be clear: There is zero scientific evidence linking vaccines to the cause of autism. Vaccine skeptics have used a 12 person study from the 1990's to justify the removable of vaccines. The doctor who conducted the study lost his right to practice medicine in the UK were the debunked study took place.
