Vote buying is illegal and clearly Elon Musk is attempting to buy votes for Donald Trump in Pennsylvania.
In 2008 Ben & Jerry's was going to give free ice cream to people with I have voted stickers. Deemed illegal, they just gave away the ice cream to anyone who asked.
