Trump Bashes Lincoln: If I Was President The Civil War Would've Never Happened

In 1860 James Buchanan was president. The pervious year he interfered with the Supreme Court case  Dred Scott. To say that Donald Trump would have stopped the civil war is disingenuous. He would have pulled a Buchanan and propelled the country into the civil war.
