US President Donald Trump's new tariffs are now in effect. They include a whopping 104% duties on all Chinese good entering the US. Trump is insisting the tariffs will lead to bilateral deals that will boost the US economy, including with China. FRANCE 24's Washington correspondent Fraser Jackson has more.
